What are adaptogens?
Adaptogens are a class of herbs that are known to help our bodies adapt to chemical, physical and biological stresses.
Can anyone use adaptogens?
Adaptogens are medicinal herbs and vary in their potency and side effects, however the herbs chosen for Thrive Remedies are very low risk. That being said, if you have underlying health conditions, are pregnant or are taking ANY medication consult with your doctor before incorporating them into your diet.
Is there supposed to be sediment?
Yes, there will be sediment from the herbs and extracts. So shake before consuming.

What is the shelf life of Thrive Remedies tea?
Unopened Thrive has a shelf life of a year and can be stored at ambient temperature. Once opened because there are no preservatives it will only last for about a week.
