Benifits of Nectarines
Nectarines are about 88% water, so they are a naturally hydrating fruit. They are very low in calories and are full of vitamins and minerals, that help support a healthy immune system. They also contain vitamin A, which is very important for the health of our skin and eyes. And like a lot of fruits and vegetables they contain fibre, which aids in digestion and helps keep you feeling full longer. Plus they are naturally sweet and taste great!
Benefits of Mint
Mint has many health benefits of its own and it is easy to incorporate into a lot of meals or recipes for added flavour. Holy basil is an ingredient in Thrive Remedies Detox Tea and is an adaptogen that is from the mint family. It contains tons of nutrients and antioxidants. Vitamin A is also found in mint which helps maintain eye, skin and teeth health. Mint can aid in relieving indigestion, upset stomach and help with bad breath, especially when it is in tea form.
